“When we met with him in person in October, I explained that I wanted to sign a retainer agreement and file the claim in January. He said he first wanted to conduct 6 hours of 'legal research' to confirm the viability of the cause of action, and to ensure that the defamation claim would not be dismissed under immunity claims by the defendant. [...] Then, when we met with him, in person per his own request, he kept excusing himself from our meeting to take calls from other clients!”
