From the day I walked into HS&A to the day of my hearing - Maddie & Tim demonstrated excellence. Communication, understanding & thoroughness was top tier. I cannot thank HS&A enough for everything they have done for me. It was so simple and easy but I couldn’t have done it without those two. My experience with HS&A Associates was a good one. It took longer than expected to file my Bankruptcy due to paperwork being lost in the main by the postal service and my paralegal assigned to my case went back to college. When it finally was time for the hearing, the process went smoothly. I would recommend.

I was terrified to file bankruptcy and had been doing everything in my power to avoid it. I finally had to do it and after dealing with HS&A I wish I would’ve done it sooner. Their team was absolutely amazing and made sure I was prepared every step of the way and made the process one of the least stressful experiences of my life. Valerie was my go to for any issues and she far exceeded all expectations I had. She was prompt on every response and gave me a step by step guide on how to acquire all the statements and records they required. If I had an issue she was quick to assist and never once made me feel like a bother or stupid. I would recommend them to anyone I know facing financial difficulties. I am really disappointed in the lack of communication and service with this firm. I decided to with this firm after meeting with multiple attorneys to assist with my bankruptcy process. After reading all the great reviews and initial conversation with Tim Stickradt on how communication is key I believed they would be a great fit for me. Well I was WRONG. Since I filed in April they have passed my case on to three different Legal Assistants without any notice or communication of the change. I was sending emails asking for updates to someone who no longer work there any more. I have called multiple times asking to speak directly to Tim my attorney and never received a call back. This has been going on for months now. I was so nervous about this process and I am disappointed in the service provided and will not be recommending this firm to anyone. Steer clear of this firm they do not live up to their word of being available to you.

HS&A was very helpful and informative, they provided a couple of videos to help with the understanding and process of dealing with my situation. All of my questions were answered and they helped to give me a new financial restart. I would recommend to anyone. Thank You!
