Not only did Tim and Warren win a big workman comp case for my husband. They won his disability it takes time but they are right there for you walking you though everything. There office people are so respectful and gets them there messages asap ! Don't think any other attorney could do what these 2 men have did for us. I contacted the office after I was denied my disability case. I appealed with the help of Attorney Warren Fink. I found out today that we won—a fully favorable decision! That being said, even if the decision was not favorable I would still recommend this law office and Warren Fink. Everyone in the office has been so helpful, caring and understanding. Warren is whip smart, extremely knowledgeable, hilarious (trying to cheer me up!) and a straight shooter. He knows the law, will give you a fair assessment of your chances, what to focus on prior to and at the hearing, and set your mind at ease. I’m so elated to have had Warren Fink at my side during my appeal and my hearing. Support staff always quick to answer calls, relay messages, answer questions, return calls or reschedule appointments if needed. They did so much work to help me out. I've been working with this staff for 3 years now and they've been great. Warren is professional, compassionate and hard working; the receptionists are always ready to help as much as possible and Tim is always ready to knock the case out of the park. I can't believe it's been two months since settling my case. My case was a case from hell. Not logistically, because from day one Tim Burns said my case was a slam dunk, but I had my reservations. The way my case played out was straight out of the horror story work comp cases you read about online. Open and shut case, I was injured, multiple witnesses, IME doc agreeing work related, yet they fought it the whole way. First lawyer I contacted from some big work comp firm in Detroit told me to just wait it out and do what the insurance asks of me, and after a month or two call him back and we would go from there. The next day I called Mr. Burns and we set up an appointment to come in and discuss the case. I sat down with both him and Warren, and he told me he would aggressively pursue the case to get it approved or settled. I was probably the client from hell. I called at least 2 times per week to check in on the case, but they were always respectful and put me at ease. True to their word, the case was closed out(settled) less than 7 months from the day I signed with them. I was off work, not paid for over 7 months before the check came through, so I have been trying to catch up all of my bills and get my life back on track, and now that things are almost back on track I wanted to just make sure I express my appreciation and respect for the entire crew over there for everything they did for me and my family. Thank you guys, you all rock. Also wanted to say thank you to Warren Fink. He sat with me well over an hour at the last visit to crunch numbers and go over every question I had before finalizing the case. Thank you Warren.
