Working with Tim’s office and having Warren as my legal team was what made my case a success. If it were not for their persistence and hard work, my case would not have been able to be won. Tim represented us 10 years ago and did a great job! We had a problem come up - we scheduled and meeting and Tim was able to handle it with no charge. Tim told me he's always available to help out and I highly recommend him to anyone!

PLEASE DO NOT USE MR BURNS FOR YOUR ATTY. IT TOOK HIS OFFICE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES TO GET MY PAPERWORK RIGHT TO FILE WORKMANS COMP WITCH SET MY CASE BACK ENOUGH TO THE POINT THAT THE COMPANY I WAS FILING AGAINST WAS ABLE TO FILE BANKRUPTCY THEREFORE LEAVING ME DEFENSELESS. I ALMOST DIED FROM CONTRACTING LEGIONNAIRE'S DISEASE FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW MUCH HE REALLY FIGHTS FOR HIS CLIENTS. HE DOESN'T.

Tim burns and Warren Fink are amazing the whole staff is when they handled my case always kept me up to date and even filing my social security for me and getting it granted did all the work. I recommend them to anyone who needs to file social security or a claim
