Update to include my SSDI Claim. Tim and Warren take a personal interest in your claim & they have been by my side every step of the way after an unfortunate work accident that has left me out of work for almost 3 years (now 5 years as of this update). They work tirelessly to ensure you are taken care of throughout the entire process. They are extremely responsive, professional, helpful & will fight diligently for you. The staff is professional, kind & punctual with getting back to you. Tim fought tirelessly during Covid by writing letters to the State urging them to reopen the courts & it showed how much he cares for each of one of his clients. He worked to get me a settlement that was above anything I could’ve imagined. I also applied for SSDI towards the end of my workman’s comp case. Warren has been upfront since the day he applied for me. He worked on my SSDI case since December of 2021 and although we had to go to the hearing stage, it was worth the wait. He was brilliant during my hearing, and pulled out all the punches, but what I appreciated the most is no matter what questions I had during the entire process, he always answered immediately.
