Heather helped me several years ago fight for custody for my girls and she ended up getting me back with my daughters again I'm forever grateful she put the time and effort into fighting for what mattered more in this world to me then anything.

Definitely the lawyer I was looking for! She got the job done, she’s very knowledgeable, she’s personable, and she’s always available for my questions, regardless of how ridiculous they may be!

Mr. Gust has a reputation as a “prison director,” and an “assistant prosecutor.” He is 100% only in it for the money. He’s NEVER had a case thrown out, and its mainly because he loves to drag out cases to attain more “billable hours.” I wish that I could convey into words how horrible the Gust team really is so that maybe I can prevent others, or even one person, from recruiting their office. People have found that a standard public defender is more effective and efficient than James Gust. Do yourself a life-saving favor and seek representation elsewhere. Get a lawyer that believes in you and WANTS to fight for you. Best of luck to you, You Can Thank Me Later😉

If I could chose 0 stars I would have. Worst experience with this lawyer. Does not care about your concerns only wants to make deals with the other party because she is lazy. Does not show up to court dates because she is out of town or out of country, makes you feel like you’re annoying her anytime you call, office smells like cat pee. Save your money and take it elsewhere.

Heather is the best! Not only is she an amazing attorney but she is such a great person. She is so knowledgeable in divorce and custody. She is straightforward and honest. She listens! She promptly makes herself available. She fights for you! There is no one I rather have by my side.

Less then 1 at this point. They over charge for one court date. Refused to appeal orders that were written incorrect to judges orders. Now $2600 later we still have no answers. Can't receive our file after 2 months of trying. This office is a joke and I would never suggest using them. I will be reporting this office to the state.
