Good attorney for ssd

Working with LeFevre and LeFevre has been a great experience! Each person I have encountered has treated me with the utmost respect and care. Was quick to take my case but did nothing to help. All he's done is take money from my family. I paid up front (big mistake)but I only had a certain amount to invest in my situation. I was honest and up front about what I was able to do and he agreed to take on my case. Later, he added 3,000 bucks in fees without making me aware. Don't you think he should have said something as charges were occurring? He knew I was on a tight budget. Nope, he said nothing. He didn't tell me of the charges until my case was just about over. I now owe an additional 4k which includes all type of fees. He didn't even believe in my innocence and that came evident after I paid him. He just wanted my money. I'm providing for my family on my own, college student, and trying my best to make it. I've lost enough because I wasn't represented right. Other lawyers told me what could have been done so that I wouldn't lose everything but it was too late because I had already paid him. For him to continue to try to take from me is sickening. Good thing I have email conversation. I will not let this go and do not recommend this lawyer.

It's all about money with this lawyer. If you're looking for a good attorney contact Rod O'farrell. Rod actually cares about the cases and people he represents. Don't waste your money with Mr. LeFevre. His lack of interest for his profession shows. He's not upfront with his clients and you can tell that this is just a job for him and all he cares about is money. Ask around before doing business.

I contacted Don Popielarz about my ssi claim. Since i was filling for mental issues he wouldnt even look at my case. He believes mental illness is not a disability . The only reason i dignified this with 1 star is to make a post. Two thumbs down for this firm.

Horrible lawyers quick thru my case, lefever wanted me to plead guilty to to case where i got beat and dragged out of my vehicle for having a seizure. I shouldn't even of plead anything to. The judge was even baffled why I was even there. Saginaw city prosecutor couldn't even figure out why I was there. I talked more in the court room than the lawyer. Then lefever charges me $700 for basically a half hour of his time. Not worth it wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Hugh Lefevre was quick to take my case. Over the course of a year and a half he did literally nothing. I would call and ask about my case and he rarely came to the phone. When he did he was no further than he was before. At one point he admitted he forgot to send in certain forms. Then after this very long year and a half and close to the time of filing or losing out he dropped me as a client. He stated he did not have time for my case. I guess I should have thought more about my choice in lawyers especially when you go into his building and it looks like it is falling apart. On a good note his office help was very friendly...
