The State of Michigan Unemployment agency wanted me to pay back the unemployment funds I received during the pandemic. Within 2 hours of making an appointment through the office, Manda was already on the case, texting questions to me and asking for paperwork. Manda was thorough, confident and well prepared but also prepared me well for the hearing. Not only did I win the case but I received over $4,600 in back funds the State owed me. I would recommend her services to anyone!

Manda was recommended to me in regards to taking wrongful termination cases. Our first phone call was her gathering information about my case, the second phone call mirrored the same because she forgot. I paid her basically to get my files from my employer. She did not schedule an appointment or try to hear me out professionally. I'm am utterly disappointed with her services. She did not even try to work with me and I was very patient and respectful.

I needed my severance package reviewed. She did get me a few more dollars without charging anything over her consultation fee.

Manda helped me through a very difficult separation from a long time employer. She and her staff were attentive, on time, always very clear and always beyond friendly and supportive. I felt validated and heard. My experience with Manda was over and above my expectations, worth every penny I had to pay for her assistance and guidance towards a resolution on my circumstance.

I was referred to her office by my other attorney. My first phone interview was set up by her assistant. I was ready for the call and I never got the call. I proceeded to call her office the next day and had my interview at that time. The second phone meeting, also was set up by her assistant. I waited an hour and a half after our set time and had to call her office myself again. I politely informed her this was the 2nd time something of this nature has happened and just wanted to clear the air so it didn't happened again. She was very short with me, she said her secretary and herself aren't on the same page. I said it was okay, just letting her know it was not the first time this had happened. Today I received a letter of her stepping down and closing her file on my case and for me to seek another attorney. No other follow call, just shut down. This is very unprofessional, I know we are all busy but a set time is set for a reason and I should have received the follow up phone calls explaining why the appointment times were missed. This is a set back in my case now. I do not recommend her as n attorney.

She helped me with a non-compete case. Identified who had to be contacted and stated the case. When settled, even followed up to see if my new employment went through. Thank you!

During consultation she barely looked at any of the information I had to present and I felt she did not believe what I had told her. She originally did not charge me consultation fee but because I persisted as i believed in my case she then charged me the consultation fee. Would never give me a straight answer about whether she even thought I had a case. I finally gave up.

Employment I basically I gave her my paid file and just of my case in person verbally. What happened is true and she just gave up on me after I paid her my first fee. Dog bite-she found the owner of the home which was renting it out. She couldn't find the renters name and told me she dropped my case and that she didn't want me to fight for it with another attorney. I still have the right to sue but what a waste of my time not to still fight during the mean time. I didn't notice I should still fight for my case until she dropped my employment case a bit later. I feel she took advantage of a disabled unemployed citizen.

I battled the UIA for 2 years before I finally hired Manda. She was able to promptly get a hearing scheduled and professionally presented the evidence. The Judge ruled in my favor and reversed all the restitution and penalty fees. I should have hired her two years earlier.

I had a difficult case that almost no other lawyer would accept to take on. When I contacted Manda I immediately got a response. I was called in to explain the context of my case and though it was difficult to prove she took it on. She was very knowledgeable and well informed of the law. Manda Danieleski is like no other lawyer I have ever dealth with. She will answer a text at 11:00 pm, return an email on a Sunday, and she actually cares about her clients. My case was not an easy case to work with as it involved wrongful termination as well as unemployment benefits. Through 3 administrative hearings, as well as her persistance, I was able to recoup almost all of my unemployment and was given a settlement that helped me to catch up on bills. Her office staff was very easy to work with and if they didn't have an answer they were quick to find one. I would strongly recommend Manda to anyone with a work related legal issue.
