I called their office to get an exact pay off amount ,to pay in full , a garnishment thru them. The women answering the phones were so condescending, very rude and would not give me an amount. Told me to call back in a week because they needed to figure out a cured interest. Interest will continue as time goes on. They really must not want my money. The bank was waiting to print the cashiers check. I get an email every two weeks telling me amount to date owed but she said she had no idea what I was talking about. Their name and address is on It. I got their phone number from that email. Do they even know what they are doing? She also told me that the total to date on that email wasn't even close to payoff amount. How can that be? Of course I got no answer from them they refused again. All I wanted to do is pay but they refused my money.

Still garnished my paycheck after I had paid off the full amount. Still haven't received it all back 4 months later

How can you tell if Peter S. Shek or Millicent E. Shek is lying? If their mouths are moving or if their fingers are typing; they are most likely lying. Sometimes under penalty of perjury.

Very friendly and personable staff. Millie was wonderful to work with and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs and concerns. I highly recommend Shek Law Offices to friends and family that have legal needs!

Tried getting in touch with them about a conference call. Lady was unresponsive and condescending. They clearly do not understand what they're doing in this office. Terribly unprofessional.

Lied about serving papers, never even seen the papers. When called they were rude.some lady named Jennifer was extremely rude and sounded like she was out late drinking beer and cussed like a sailor.

I came to Shek Law Offices to address driving infractions I incurred outside of Saginaw. Peter Shek was running the family business then. He was very professional and helped me with ease. Years later, I came back to Shek Law Offices for help in paying off a reduced amount of credit card debt, and received services from Mili Shek (Peter's daughter). I cannot begin to say enough POSITIVE things about the services I received from Mili!! She is a no nonsense woman who gets the job done in half the time, at half the price! GREAT JOB MILI!!! SO PROUD OF YOU!!!
