Susan A. Whaley-Brady law firm is a local, very experienced, and respected firm. After consulting with this law firm, we were treated with respect and knowledge of the court system which gave us the confidence. But more than the knowledge that this firm possesses, Susan and her staff have compassion and integrity for families. You can see this in their work. Their compassion made hiring them all the better. Bethany, thank you from the bottom of our hearts what you did for our family. If anyone needs a recommendation, I would recommend this firm.

Going through Divorce is very stressful time. It feels like this process would never end. However having a very knowledgeable attorney by your side like Bethany McGrandy, it just makes this chapter of your life more bearable. Edit 6/24/2022: Some of the problems in communication may have been due to COVID-19 lockdowns. In person talks and planning were not available during that time. Communications over the phone and by email are prone to errors. Not being in the office to fully concentrate on work and have access to resources may have complicated things further. Would the outcome of my case been different under normal circumstances? Probably not. Would things have gone more smoothly and with less expense under normal circumstances? Probably yes. I can only review my experience during lockdowns. Hopefully now things are running better. One is never happy to have a legal situation, but I was happy to be done with it. In my opinion, Bethany McGrandy could have done a better job of representing me. Poor communication (email responses were sometimes short and did not answer or avoided some questions so I had to ask again, and be billed more), multiple documents were prepared with typos/errors (I had to edit them and was then billed for her to read my edits and then redo and resend for me to check again, and be billed again), and changes to a document discussed over a phone call were not properly written in a document which got passed to the defendant.

Ali is a very hardworking and dedicated attorney. She follows through on what she says she is going to do. The family law court is a very stressful and taxing on any individual, however Brady law, Ali in particular and her team made it seem easier and less chaotic.

I never had to wait for documents by mail, they were always emailed to me by her law office first. In the last eight or so months working with Bethany McGrandy, she has been everything a great lawyer should be. She's confident, she's professional, she's compassionate, she's punctual, and her knowledge base is worth its weight in gold. I could not have been recommended a better person to guide me through what was basically the worst moments of my life. Divorce is hard on all parties, especially when there's conflict. She made it the best experience it could be for everyone involved, including the kids. I consider myself lucky that she was willing to work with me. Left me with absolutely nothing and in debt from my divorce. Did not do anything she said she would. Gave mutual money from estate to ex's attorney that the judge said she was in charge of to pay all debt. I can't get a mortgage or a personal loan to get even a $3000. Car! Trashed my perfect credit!
