I cannot say enough great things about Chris Swartz. He has represented our family for over 15 years with great success. He is firm and very assertive, yet very understanding. I have referred many to him and will continue to do so. Chris is reasonable to retain and worked with us well.

I delt with Chris for 8-9 months. I had to call constantly, to get anything done. All he had to do was communicate with my brother in my behalf, over my mother’s trust. Got to the point of filing the law suit, he set my file on the shelve, for two months. I called again, and he said he was not going to file the suit. I had to retain a new lawyer. ( the joy of that..!!) one month later the law suit was settled. The retainer was very reasonable, be sure to get frequent updated statements. I requested a statement, he said “. I usually bill at the end.” My 1st request took 3 weeks to get, and was over $1,000.00 more than I figured it should be. ( Don’t pay till the end.) Can you just imagine ? I recommend. STAY AWAY..!!!

Chris Swartz just helped me with a difficult situation. He gave me excellent advice, and did excellent work. He was tough and on my side, and he was available to get me through the entire 8 month ordeal. His staff are very professional and pleasant. They follow through, and return phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. I was very happy with the result. Watched him in court this morning & he was terrible. Was going to hire him for my case now definitely not. Heard the girl laugh and say she barely pays him anything so I’m assuming he “takes favors” beware!
