Spoke to secretary on Friday regarding an emergency. Was told I would receive a call back on Monday. Called them back today and was told that they don’t guarantee phone calls back and was told I should call elsewhere.

Chris at Swartz and Wilson is the only one I trust to handle my legal issues and answer my questions. He gives reasoned and straightforward advice and knows exactly what he’s doing. His rates are affordable but he’s not a cheap lawyer. I’ve been able to set up payment plans that fit into my budget, no questions asked, so it’s very convenient. Chris has helped me win my cases multiple times, and his assistant, Lauren, is super helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend Chris Swartz if you need legal representation - he’s just the best.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was in a horrible car accident 3 years ago...the truck behind me totalled 3 cars. I went to Chris and he took all my information...I know these issues take time and have been trying to contact him for the last 6 months. For 6 months after the accident i was in horrible pain due to a cracked tooth. I finally spoke to him in July and was told the 3 year statute was up..well I still have a 4000 dental bill...worst experience ever. I would not reccomend him for anything..he should feel awful about his negligence on this matter.

For the most part I am neutral about my decision with Chris! I felt like I ran my own court case, as he wanted me to just agree to anything, however that was not the deal. I was not agreeing to anything I didn’t not feel was in the best of interest of my child! The judge ended up granting me above and beyond what not only I asked for but what a Chris wanted me to agree too! However Personally he wasn’t horrible! On that note I felt it was almost impossible to get ahold of him for the simple fact I felt his “assistant” Lauren, NEVER gave him my messages I called nor would she return my emails! I can recall four times I had to go up to the office just to get into contact with her or Chris! It seemed like every time I did call and someone answered it was the assistant to Chris’s brother who also practices, would always tell me the same thing “Lauren was at lunch!” I felt trying to get in touch with Lauren or Chris was al ost impossible and extremely frustrating!

Chris did a great job for me, is was on top of everything.

I had a very unique problem in which someone was caring for my dogs while I was away and then refused to give them back. While others treated the idea of a case as a joke, Chris Swartz jumped on the case, filed the law suite and I was able to get my dogs back. I don't have children so these dogs are my family. Chris understood my pain and took action. I am forever grateful! I would highly recommend Swartz & Wilson for any legal matter.

Early on, Christopher Swartz represented me for traffic tickets. My grandparent's asked him to help with their trusts. I needed a power of attorney, he set that up. Mr. Swartz represented me when I had to take an ex-fiance to court. He has victoriously defended me in a personal litigation case. My brothers have used Chris for numerous cases, all with good outcomes. Most recently he helped me through a nasty divorce and our daughter's custody and visitation issues.
