Difficulty in reaching the attorney or getting timely responses

“I felt it was almost impossible to get ahold of him for the simple fact I felt his "assistant" Lauren, NEVER gave him my messages I called nor would she return my emails!”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. I was in a horrible car accident 3 years ago...the truck behind me totalled 3 cars. I went to Chris and he took all my information...I know these issues take time and have been trying to contact him for the last 6 months. For 6 months after the accident i was in horrible pain due to a cracked tooth. I finally spoke to him in July and was told the 3 year statute was up..well I still have a 4000 dental bill...worst experience ever.”
