If you’re a prudent person, do your homework on this attorney. I’m surprised this lawyer is allowed by the Michigan Bar to practice law. He’s been the executor of our mother’s estate for coming up on three years and we’re still waiting on closure….yes, nearly three years. Doesn’t communicate. I’ve had to contact the judge’s office to prompt him for accountability documents and finality. Nonetheless, if you hire this guy, like me as a retired financial management analyst, I plan to “follow the money” to finality.

Our family has used Mark Fullmer to prepare our wills and trusts. Recently, he also helped us with a real estate transaction and prepared some required documents with short notice. He has also given us advice with some elder care issues. He is knowledgeable, professional and I highly recommend his services.

Mark recently handled a case for me involving a delinquent land contract. He was direct and effective at moving things through the process. He was a total pro and I would recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance for real estate matters.

Worst attorney ever, never calls you back and charges for paperwork that he never sends in! He is why attorneys get bad names!
