Mr. Parnell is an attorney I have full confidence in to handle anything he is challenged with, he will find the best solution that suits your needs and always puts your issues first. He is confident and always on top of his game. I would recommend this attorney to anyone who wants to be treated like a number one client all the time. My first experience with Mr. Parnell generated the "best case" – "winning results" any client facing two felony counts (Possession of Class 2 Controlled Substance & Bringing A Class 3 Controlled Substance (Contraband) into a jail) could so desire. - FINAL RESULT: BOTH COUNTS DISMISSED 100% WITHOUT EVEN GOING TO TRIAL! Mr. Parnell was always well-dressed, highly professional in and out of the courtroom and followed a well-defined, concise approach & process that produced the desired results we hoped to achieve. When I first met David he wanted to understand the incident from the very beginning. He took well written notes and asked a number of questions to make sure there were no mistakes, all before talking to the Prosecuting Attorney. David's ability to investigate the situation and gather the facts about the case were unbelievable. During our 4th scheduled visit to the court, after 3 prior adjournments by the Prosecuting Attorney in an effort to combat our strategy and gather more evidence, David presented our case to the Judge asking for resolution. David denied the Prosecutor's best offer, as well as the Prosecutor's request for yet another adjournment of our case. While David presented our case and supporting evidence to the judge he highlighted my innocence, even remembering details from our very first meeting several months back. He made it very clear to the Judge that we had provided more than enough supporting documentation, even more than what the Prosecutor asked for, and that the two felony counts should be dismissed since there were valid prescriptions on file. Furthermore, David made it known that any further delay by the Prosecutor was a detriment to my personal well-being and livelihood with my career. The Judge agreed with David 100% and issued the dismissals without hesitation. My experience with David was the absolute best experience I have ever had with any criminal situation. I will hire David again and I recommend anyone looking for results to hire him as well.

On one specific occasion, David had an opportunity to take the 'easier road traveled' when faced with a fair offer on a difficult case, but chose to work around the clock in order to benefit his client above expectations. He was very quick to respond, honest, and forthcoming on all information during our time together, and I would highly recommend him to any individuals that require the best outcome in their endeavors. Dave helped me on several fronts and was very proactive on my case. My instance was two fold with traffic violations and also my insurance company was ripping me off. Overall, I had a great experience with Mr. Parnell. I had a debt collector harassing me. The situation was getting out of control. I reached out to Mr. Parnell and he took control of the situation. He carefully explained to me what was happening with this Zombie Credit and walked me through my options. He fought for me and my situation reached a perfect resolution.
