Incredibly unprofessional and discourteous behavior. I reached out and spoke with Mr. Parnell Jr. Following our conversation, I filled out the requested questionnaire and agreement. After waiting a week with no word, I called-in to ask for an update and was told that they did not have the time for me.

I hired John Parnell Jr. on the advice of another trusted attorney. He handled what I considered a somewhat difficult estate planning process for my Father, and went above and beyond in helping with some more personal legal matters as well. He is professional, sensitive, reasonable and compassionate. John also does a great job of explaining legal issues to a layperson. It’s nice to see so many other great reviews for him here. He’s great guy and I would recommend his services to all of the people I care about.

If I could have given more than 5 stars I certainly would have. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the estate planning that John Parnell Jr. provided for us. He sat us down, explained everything in great detail and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. If we had questions (and I had plenty) he explained to ensure we fully understood what we were entering into. If you are looking for a professional and competent law firm and one that that actually cares about you then I would highly recommend setting up time to see John Parnell Jr for your estate planning needs.
