Back in the days Tim was an excellent attorney. Nowadays, he tries to get down on people. Meaning, he play you like you're slow and a criminal after he gets your money. He talks real good upfront. Makes you pay all this money like he's going to beat the case, but has every intention to plea you out. He also says one thing and does another. He told me my case would cost a certain amount, then he said it would be more, and that he did not say what he originally told me. So make sure you get everything in writing. He also threatened me that if I did not pay him, he would put a lien on my assets. I used to like Tim a lot, but now he's like the rest of them, a sellout. I would never hire him again or recommend him to anyone else. I used to speak highly of this man. Now, I'm close to filing a grievance on him for his unethical ways.
