This jerk doesn't have enough experience to open a jar of peanut butter. I hired him to handle a family matter which he kept delaying for over 2 years. After telling me that he was too busy to finish the case, he had the nerve to send me a bill for thousands of $$$ over what I had already paid him. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone but Brian Sauer.

He isn’t experienced enough to handle anything complex. He was hired by our estate to do the legal stuff. He wasted our money and I ended up hiring another attorney that cost twice as much to fix and finish what he screwed up. It cost me $8000 . He’s the worst attorney in St Joseph. Please save yourself a lot of grief and money and time by not hiring this attorney.
