Jeff was very patient with me during my case, he took the time to review all information and then helped me make the best decision as far as a plea to work out with the prosecutor. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.!

After going to a large law firm and being gauged and underrepresented, I went to Attorney Kaplan. He was patient and listened to me thoroughly, and he gave me excellent advice. I would recommend him to anyone who asks, and I would go to him first if ever (God forbid) I have another legal problem. He does civil and criminal.

Back in 2015 i retained attorney Kaplan for a case that my father had. I have hired other attorneys for other cases but noticed a huge difference with the way Mr. Kaplan treated myself and family . He would return our calls quickly , answer any questions we had , explain the facts about our case , and was very straight forward about the issues the surrounded the case . Mr. Kaplan helped me out of a huge jam. 2 lawyers proceeded him. Both previous attorneys took my money and did absolutely nothing to help me (the paying client) Mr. Kaplan successfully stopped garnishment of my paycheck that was brought about by Lawyer #2 Mr. Kaplan continues to help in my battle against lazy ass attorney who willfully committed Fraud and misrepresentation not only to me but against a court of law.
