I was arrested for an OWI while on vacation in Michigan. Finding Jessica was the best thing that could have happened. I was charged with a DUI and open container. This would have effected my CDL drivers license and my ability to provide for my family. She was able to resolve this issue for me. I had some crazy family accuse me of doing something I diddnt do. When you looked at the evidence and listened to the testimonies it became pretty obvious but liberal st. Joe doesn't care. They tried to push every extreme charge they could anyways and Jessica fought every one of them off. It took a year or so because the courts can't schedule to save their life's but Jessica saved mine. 100% would reccomend. She is the definition of speak softly but carry a big stick. She has your back for sure.

Omg! She's the best lawyer you can have.. Shes very very intelligent , Respectful, understandable , polite , I can go on and on with only good things to say about Jessica. She definitely get the job down in that courtroom, She just dont treat you or your cases like you just a peice of paper. She really cares and stand up for what's is right.. I walked out the courtroom with no jail time and no fines $ cost.. Jessica is a blessing to me and my babies. I was glad my cases landed in her hands...

I’ve had a great experience all around with Jessica. She is also very highly thought of in the Kalamazoo Court (that’s where my case was). I started with a different attorney in her office but switched to Jessica due to the other one moving. It took 2 years for my case to be seen in a court room because of Covid and Jessica never failed to keep me up to date. I was a complete mess over my mistake and Jessica reassured that she would do all that she could. I got the best outcome possible, 100% recommend!!! I fail to mention that she was in the court room up until the day before giving birth, she’s awesome.

After working with her and her assistant, Blake Barden, I know that this was the best decision I made during that difficult time. Jessica was always available and honest and supportive; she never made me feel alone nor as "low" as I was feeling on my own. My charge was reduced to an OWI on account of Jessica's knowledge and her working with me to be proactive throughout the process. Being out of state and under COVID restrictions could have made this ordeal even worse for me, but Jessica was able to work with the Court and make everything as seamless as possible for me. It was a smooth easy going process all the way through. Her and her assistant were wonderful to work with and did a great job representing me. I began with 1 Felony and 3 Misdemeanors and ended up waking away with only 1 Misdemeanor which was dropped down to a lesser charge than it originally was. You can’t go wrong with this group!

I was arrested for my first OWI in August of 2018. Things were a bit daunting given there was marijuana (before it was legal) in my car and an open beer can. She filed several motions and albeit, it took 1 year and 4 months (namely because of the courts being back logged). But all of her hard work paid off. The charge was reduced to careless driving with the criminal charges dismissed and a fine of less than 200$. I had 250$ up on bond so actually getting a couple dollars back. Highly suggest

I was originally facing a felony possession charge and a misdemeanor 3rd degree retail fraud. My grandma contacted Jessica right away. A little while later I got caught up with a 2nd possible possession charge. Jessica and Hills law firm had my back completely and were always there to reassure my grandma and I of any questions we had. At the end I ended up being charged with a misdemeanor disturbing the peace and no retail fraud charge along with no felony drug charges! I received time served, no probation and only court costs and fines! I’ll forever be grateful, thanks to Jessica and her team.
