Gary failed. Gary was not able to communicate nor respond back in a timely manor. Gray did not have anything thing I mean anything for a trial that was in a week. I believe Gary could of had something he had well over four months to prepare and gather information for a criminal trial. Gary only contact two times and was far from consistent. you need results and a informative response let it be known to keep looking elsewhere.

I needed a lawyer and knew nothing about the situation that I was in. I could have paid $200 and been done with my case. But from the advise on this website an attorney was recommended. So I contacted Gary, from his positive reviews. Maybe for a big case he is good, but mine was a first time with no charges and I could have paid $200. to the company to settle. He said he would send a letter to the attorney that requested the $200. to make sure there was no other backlash than the $200., that they requested. He sent me a contract that had fees which I thought was for any further services which he outlined that could happen. Low and behold slick Gary when all was done charged me $950.00. He never said he was charging me for anything else and I thought the $200, I paid him covered the letter and the work to send and contact me and other attorney. Found it was for letter only!! Not to send it to them nor any response. I had to pay $150. for my copy of letter and BILL!!! So if I would have paid the $200. that was requested to settle my case, it would have been settled, but it ended up costing me $1150. I ended up borrowing money to pay him because of the interest and statement fees he would charge me monthly. Had I known he was going to charge me this, I would have never went forward with him or I could have been paying on this bill, since it took almost a year for him to draft his letter! I guess if you need someone who is sneaky, he is the one to hire, but watch your bill. $37.50 for every time he sends you or reads your text! He is not too fast to take care of things, forgets you. I think I paid $37.50 several times for him to apologize that he had not got back to me. What he did just makes me sick! He knew I did not have the money to be deceived the way he did. He is the true representation of all the jokes and quotes out there about lawyers!

I needed a defense lawyer for the first time and Gary Kennedy was an excellent choice. He was very knowledgable and up front with me. He gave me all the facts I needed about my case and did an excellent job educating me in the process. Attonery Kennedy went with me to the Court to review my file/case we went back to his office set down discuss the matter....he also help me to understand my case and what to expect to happen to my case after my probation ends. He also recommend I talk to my probation officer to make sure that my case would be dismissed, and if not he said I could ask for a review trial which I was not aware of.
