Cliff was great to deal with, they did all the paperwork for me, and were able to submit and use the proper terminology required for my appeal. The waiting is not in their control, but once assigned a date I was asked into the office to review everything so I would be prepared the day of court. Ian worked through a Spider Web of mistakes by the Health Insurance company by continuing not to pay my health insurance cost to the hospital. It was approved by the internal insurance payment review board in April of 2019 but was still not being paid by their account payable division. If it was not for Ian\'s unfettering determination to get this resolved and he did. If not I would still be getting harassing calls. I cannot say thank you enough for Ian's not fail attitude. First to say my time with the law center was excellent from the time I called all the way to when I got my letter of approval I had no complaints. My attorney was Kerry Spencer who was very knowledgeable on the type of disability I have. I can’t thank them enough for being there when I really needed the help in this process.
