Kerry Spencer is a true professional. My previous council lost my case and immediately dropped me as a client. Kerry took the time to COMPLETELY hear me out about the details of my case. I had other Attorney's tell me my case was not "financially responsible" to attempt. Apparently, not for Attorney Spencer who WON the case! The whole time the firm had great communication on what they needed me to do and they kept me informed on what they were doing. Kerry is also very patient. I'm a Disabled Veteran with many painful injuries which have a huge impact on my mood, more often than not. Kerry was cool, calm, and collected when addressing me, even when I was not. In 20/20 hindsight, I would have hired her from the beginning because Social Security is all she does. Why go to a "Swiss Army Knife" law firm when you can pick up a precision tool and get the job done right? Lesson learned on my part, do not make the same mistake I did. Thank you again, Kerry! I am forever grateful for everything you did for me!
