My experience with the office and my attorney, Ervin Tinaj, has been excellent. Ervin is very professional, polite, and patiently explained every question I had in much detail. His personality made me feel comfortable and always reassured me that everything would be fine. He’s a very down to earth guy, not an arrogant, stuffy lawyer I have dealt with in the past. After the lack of communication with my first lawyer I switched here and let me tell you this was a great decision. I was placed with Ervin Tinaj he responds back as soon as he can no later than 72hrs. He will answer any question that you may have and is very clear and understandable with communication. You actually feel like you are apart of a family and not just a number!

First let me say that I would recommend Acclaim Legal Services to anyone who is considering filing for bankruptcy. My first meetings were with Bill Johnson, the founder of the Company. He put me at ease, explained the entire process and got things rolling. Then, paralegal Alicia Paree and attorney Ryan Paree took me the rest of the way through the process. Alicia always kept me up to date on the progress of the case and Ryan was right there at my side for the initial meeting with the bankruptcy trustee. I was extremely grateful to have had both Alicia and Ryan to help me through this. They both did a great job and I recommend them and Acclaim for anyone who is considering filing for bankruptcy.
