Mr.Lloyd Pont was extremely helpful throughout my entire journey with my Disability claim. They were always available to call if I had any questions with my case. When it came to my hearing day, he made sure I was 100 percent prepared and confident so I wouldn’t be stressed about what was to come. When I spoke the the lawyer (L Pont) on the phone he was very kind and answered all of my questions. However, when I had questions regarding the paperwork and had to call for help, that was a different story. I was having issues with my phone and had to call back multiple times. I do not know the name of the woman I spoke with but she was extremely rude and made me cry. I too was frustrated that my phone was having issues, but I still remained calm and kind instead of being snarky and hanging up.
