Anyone in need of tax services should look no further. The W Tax Group is more than capable of handling any situation and resolving any issue pertaining to your tax needs. They are a highly professional and honest. Fees are straight forward and they don’t waste any time taking care of business. One thing I really liked was the fact that they collaborate as a group to select the best strategy to resolve any issue. I am not one to post reviews, but this company is worthy of it. Based on the services they provided me, I will be using The W Tax Group for all of my future tax needs. In January 2023, I received an audit from the IRS claiming I owed them $27,000 in underpaid taxes from 2021. Naturally, I freaked out because I never would have been able to pay this (and I knew it was wrong).I tried to explain to the IRS how completely impossible this was, by writing a full explanation and using screenshots and graphs of my account information. The IRS did not care, because all they were interested in were the proper tax forms. I had no idea where to begin, so I contacted the W Tax Group. They started working on my case right away, as time was of the essence. They needed Power of Attorney for my taxes, which I gave them, and in the end, they managed to reduce my total balance owed to the IRS from $27,000 to $296. There are too many people to name, but they all treated me with respect, and understanding of how difficult this was for me. Auggie was my attorney in the end and told me exactly what to do. They came through like champions! I highly recommend this group.

I was struggling to figure out where to even start with an issue I was having with Sales Tax. It has been a 3 year battle to even figure out who to speak to clear up the confusion, it seemed that each person just explained that it was not there department. I filled out the contact form and Yvonne Welch called me back. Yvonne was amazing at talking me through the first steps, and giving me clarity as to how the predicament occurred in the first place. Then, she explained how to prevent future issues. This was all within 15 minutes of our first call! I look forward to moving forward with her for my future tax needs and preparations, and feel confident, finally, that this issue will be resolved.
