I recently got into some trouble. Givin the charges I was looking at jail time. I have a wife and daughter of 9 years old. If Sent to jail I was going to loose my house that I own, my cars , my wife and child. We just couldn't afford to make it without me working. I reached out and Deborah K. Schlussel responded within 3 minutes. Lightning fast. She presented herself as a strong aggressive Jewish attorney and would beat any other attorneys price. I was charged with the worst class of drugs you can have. 5 misdemeanors. When she told me the cost and said I could go research her online to see she was active and had 30 years experience I hired her right away. I took about 5 minutes to look her up online. No one was going to beat her price. I didn't know at the time she ran her own practice by herself. I'm used to big law firms and playing phone tag and getting the front desk. I can't tell you how big of a deal this is . She responds promptly to calls and texts. Even if she is in court. She will say I'll get back to you as soon as I get out of court. Any questions anytime . When your this worried or have questions it really makes a world of difference. She was very honest and didn't make fake promises. She recommended I do a few different things ahead of time to improve my chances. I did the things she told me to . She can't do her job if you don't hold up your end . Same goes for honesty. She can't do her job if your not truthful. She made the experience personal and with a caring attitude. Again working for herself I'll never go to anyone else if anything ever happens. ( not going to blow my second chance). She's a wonderful lady and professional. She knew the judges and was able to Give me an idea of what I was looking at. I feel like I had someone looking out for me. I am still in shock , she got me probation and on top of it they are going to expunge my record if I do what I am supposed to do. I cried when. I received the offer. A second chance at life. I say this from my heart. Highly recommended. She handles a wide range of cases . I'll be honest I was impressed even if I didn't get the offer. She runs her own business , treats you like a human being and is honest.
