HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
They were already garnishing me taking 500 to 600 a week.... A WEEK!!!! I never called to fight the high garnishment. Just wanted my debt paid. Lost my job and couldn't pay. They took my last $200 in my account.
Still didn't argue. When I called to make a payment agreement the were the nastiest people to talk to. Accused me of trying run.
They froze my account. Heartless!!!!

Mike is very rude all the staff is rude. Asking questions so you can have an understanding pisses then off because they will tell you anything even it’s not true to get you off the phone.

Horrible company to work with. Was in a coma for 4 and a half months after a car accident, tried explaining that to them but they still proceeded to sue me. I am now making payments & they decided itd be a great idea to take my taxes. Very little humanity left here, & its going to be nice knowing they wont receive a dime from me or my estate when im dead

There is a representative that I have spoken to by the name of "Janay". She has been the only person that don't take this job as though she is the owner, she is professional and not out of order. Everyone else is rude, no friendliness, knowing they have the upper hand even if you don't work out the arrangement with them or not they are going to still take you to court, their service fee are extremely high. And, especially "Emily". I can see why the owner still keeps her. They maybe trained to respond with that kind of behavior. I hate even having to call that business.

The people in the collection department are the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They are spineless and have no empathy for clients. I understand you are trying to collect debt but do y’all think about the why behind people? NO. Be human and maybe people will be more willing to be responsive

I've been getting some ebony ladies mail from them for years. Don't know who she is. Apparently they don't have a receptionist to even speak to. Thanks for the multiple trees worth of junk mail.
