Spoke with an attorney by the name of ‘Melanie’ Melanie said she was an attorney at Moss Colella and had a poor understanding of the law from our discussion and seemed to not have any real experience given that she did not even know what fraudulent concealment was according to Michigan Compiled Laws Upon a few simple non-threatening questions regarding her opinions of my claim, she became defensive, rude, and condescending and tried her best to get me off the phone and on to her next ‘lead’ Unprofessional conduct especially given that she was talking to a victim of serial child sexual abuse
