I have had nothing but a great experience right from the beginning. As we moved forward with my case it seemed to go okay, it was near the middle to end of my situation that I started to have questionable about the fraud charges my insurance company tried to claim. I've never done a fraudulent in my life, but yet The fraud was not really extensively fought against which caused me to lose a lot of money, services that could have been paid for by my insurance company, I paid for out of pocket! Majority of my settlement was used up on surgeries I thought it was unfair that they riddled me with fraud, my attorneys made a deal with them like I was actually committing fraud which was highly disappointing. That wasn't fraud. I was ready to fight against such accusations, but my attorneys told me I stand a chance of losing. I'm an elderly woman who suffered a great deal And my daughter went extensively out of her way to tend to me before work in early morning hours and after work, as well as my sister-in-law who i paid both out of pocket. Two people that we're in the car, made out like Bandits neither one of them had injuries or had to do extensive physical therapy or get any surgeries, I couldn't believe the amount that they received I got less than half of that. So to all of you who had good and great experiences I'm glad for your returns! all I can say is do your homework real good when you shop for an attorney! I spoke with my attorney on the phone but never got to see him one time, sometimes I think this says a lot.
