I've hired Eman, for removal proceedings (after my Asylum case referral to the Immigration Court in Detroit) and joint work with my employer law firm on a relief through Employment-Based Green Card application. Eman, her associate Julian, and the wonderful Jajonie-Daman P.C. staff Annie and Viktoriia, treated us (myself and my dependents) and cared in working on our case like a family. Despite the high complexity of the case, aligned with major instabilities: employer company acquisition by another one, resulting in changing the employer law firm, delays in transferring and ingesting the PERM case file, long processing stages, uncertainties, and last-minute out-of-control surprises, Eman brilliantly, strongly, pro-actively, adaptively, and gracefully collaborated with my parent employer law firm and she led the navigation through all of that complexity to the timely achievement of the desirable cases outcomes - granting us the Adjustment of Status (and hence the Green Cards) and closing the deportation case. Adding, Eman always legally educated -into a sufficient extent- me at each and every step with weighing the available options, and always asked for my opinion/inputs when appropriate and before making the decision of moving to a given next step.
