Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“Communication was pretty non-existent. She didn't respond to the courts on time for any motion. She was late to court and even no-showed twice.”

“Often, documents arrived beyond the requested time, if they arrived at all, and Ms. Franulic and or her staff were lackluster in responding to emails and calls from the opposing attorney.”
