My experience with Andrew Thav was excellent. I needed legal advice for my elderly mother, who lives in Michigan. She was in a complicated probate dispute which included multiple properties, convoluted banking accounts and a very resistive sibling. Since I live in Chicago, my interview were all via phone. I needed someone who would act with swift urgency and professional authority. We found our guy... I am completely satisfied with the results. Thank you Andrew!

At first contact by phone was give information about the case and several answers to my questions . James took 10 min and explained all the details of what would most likely happen. This was done for no charge. . The next phone call was about newer information . Again free advise and his 10 min over the phone. 1 month later I hired the group and after 1 year all the events unfolded exactly as they had explained on my first call. I was very satisfied with the results and the fee and the care and information . The group completed the property transfer. Anyone who is in need of a great probate law firm can chose this group. I debated giving fewer stars but in the end they came through for me so I went to 3. My first lawyer did not successfully complete the case. It was very inconvenient. My case took 2 years to complete something that I was told would be a few months. The up side is that they did eventually win the case and they stopped charging me after the agreed upon max price.

I have nothing bad to day about this law firm, they were very attentive and walked me through the probate process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
