If you are looking for a lawyer that will fight for you, not sure this firm is your best option. Based off our experience, we never really were able to establish what was in mom's estate as her boyfriend and landlord wouldn't allow us access for months. Upon finally getting access to the home, we learned that 90% of her belongings and items were missing. The lawyer advised that disputing any of this would be long and costly for us as we would need to ho to trial and prove mom had these items in her estate. There was basically nothing we can do. Upon first talking to and retaining this firm, it seemed like we had rights and we could do something about a boyfriend and landlord conceiling or not allowing next of kin access to a deceased persons estate but we are now left not wanting to exceed the approximate $3000 for anymore services we could have probably done on our own.

Never thought I'd have to deal with a Probate Attorney.... But money, family & greed don't mix! Met with Thomas and a new associate Jordan, in 1 hour I knew I was in good hands. They were responsive to all my inquiries, great communication and did everything that needed to be done. Be patient probate is a slow process, 9 months later the case settled. I highly recommend this firm to get the job done!
