This law firm was paid a $2,000.00 retainer to protect the rights of a World War II Combat Veteran, (with 24 Air Bombing Missions, four Air Medals), his widow’s rights in Wayne County’s Probate Court. This Law Firm provided no services, failed to inform the widow of pending court deadlines, or inform the court of a change of legal representation. This widow receives a check from the Veterans Administration Widows Pension in the amount of $159.00 a month. A request was made last month to the firm, who provided no services, to return the combat veteran’s widows retainer. As the date of this post: No deposit has been made in the combat veteran widow’s Conservatorship Banking Account.

While being locked out of my property I contacted Attorney Lisa Clarke and informed of my predicament she suggested that I take them to court.
