Rude and unprofessional staff
“Horrible experience. Shut this company down! They are very unprofessional scammers make sure you get all documents in writing and print outs of every payment/ garnishment charge before you settle there book keeping will not represent what you paid doc doc document!”

“Impossible to get ahold of anyone to make a payment and don't even bother to leave a voicemail! They won't call back and then YOU will be penalized for not paying.”

Aggressive debt collection tactics
“They drained my bank account after setting a pay plan of 50 a week two days after making payment the wiped out my account to 0. I can't eat, I can't get gas, I have Crohn's disease which is why I have a hospital bill to begin with and stress triggers the distress these people have inflicted on me has my crohns flaring up causing me extreme pain and sickness.”
