“For months I have been trying to have an issue resolved, needless to say it still not resolved as of this post. In all fairness, the first initial call I made regarding my problem Susan did contact me and state steps that would have to be taken to re-issue a check that was sent to me. That time has passed and then some, the staff is rude with the exception of one young man who has obviously been taught manners.”

Rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the attorney
“My experience with this attorney was negative, the staff is rude and they lack communication skills, once on the phone with Susan L Winters herself, I came to the realization that she doesn't set the bar high when it comes to manners, empathy, listening, communication and resolution.”

“I have called at least 15 times. the last time I called which was last week, I was told that Susan Winters would be calling me but that they could not tell me when she would call. never seems to have any information nor do they even try.”
