Never pick up the phone and steals money watch them

Matthew was amazing very thorough continuously checking in on me. He didn’t make me feel like less of a person for not understanding somethings and would even take to the out to explain everything to me in detail. He made sure i got what i deserved I highly recommend him

Attorney Matthew Bedikian was a beacon for me due to the fact that I had never been involved in an auto accident. He was so helpful and professional in helping me through the process of my injuries and medical claims. He does not make any decisions without you. Also he keeps you informed about the status of your case. When you call him and aren’t able to reach him he gets back in touch with you that day. Thank you Matt for such an excellent experience and great job!!! I will recommend him to family, friends, and others.

First of all, I want to thank Mark Aiello and the Esper Law firm team, for treating me like family! I’ve never had such a smooth result from any other law firm in my entire life. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that changed my life and disabled me from working and my livelihood. Lawyers/Doctors/hospitals/insurance companies I fought with for 3 years. Then comes time to file for social security disability.... I thought here we go again!, another roller coaster ride! I was so stressed with high anxiety, another messy fight?, but here’s really what happened. They answered every question and concerns of mine that I had asked, with care and compassion. Definitely a very organized team and best law firm for social security cases, Hands Down! I want to thank Jennifer Brown, (Mark Aiello’s personal assistant), who is very educated on the whole complex process. She knows exactly what is going on and if it wasn’t a question she could answer, she involved Mark. Mark either answers you back ASAP or Jennifer will have the answer for you. She’s like the mom of the firm! I want to thank Ashley LaFave, Esper law’s amazing educated receptionist! Ashley is more than a receptionist, if nobody is in the office, it’s like everyone is in the office! She answered every question I had and if she didn’t know the answer, she expedited every question and concern to informed Mark and Jennifer of any issues and got back to me quickly, if she already didn’t know the answer to begin with! They listened, when I needed someone to hear my concerns and worries. They were always calming, very respectful, and approached every concern with care, compassion and the upmost professionalism. All of their staff are exceptional people who cares and knows what you’re going through. In my book, Mark Aiello is a super lawyer. There were no glitches and no stone was left unturned. What a smooth process. I will always recommend Esper Law Firm to Anyone or everyone I meet or know, who may become unfortunately disabled. They made all my worries disappear! I wish I could give zero stars! Susan Winters is not only extremely unprofessional but also a coward! Considering how rude and ignorant the entire staff is at this office I cantc begin to fathom how she is still in practice. Be forewarned, do not give these crooks a dime!

If I could leave negative stars I would. My husband got a judgment against him because he had to have a surgery and owed some money after the operation. His debt was sold to this firm. We made arrangements and have had a couple of hard months so we paid less than our arrangement. If I recall a representative told me if we couldn't make the full payment, at least make an effort. And we did. We missed ONE payment and made ONE other one a little late due to how paychecks fell. The next thing I know, I log into our bank account and this firm has drained my entire checking account. In fact the bank told me they tried to take more than the balance available! Payments were already scheduled to come out of the money that was there. I called the firm immediately and asked if anything could be done because they literally took everything we had and left us with $0 and payments scheduled to come out. I still don't know yet how many overdraft fees I will have to deal with. And they did not care. And the worst part is, we had no notice. My husband asked them to call me because I make out the checks every month and their representative said they would. We had even preciously sent them a letter authorizing me to speak on his behalf and provided my number. And, I have always been the one who called and made the payments. They never called me. They lied and told my husband they left voicemails on his number. He has not one voicemail from them. He never checks or empties his voicemail. They went and got a court order to seize everything in our checking account. They didn't care they left us nothing for groceries for the week. Nothing for gas to get back and forth to work. We never even got notice that they were taking such aggressive action against us. No letter. No phone call. No warning. Nothing. I think it is disgusting that they can financially ruin someone like this over a hospital bill. If he hadn't needed the surgery he would have skipped it. It wasn't like it was cosmetic! I would never willingly do business with a firm that does not make efforts to work with people who may be struggling. And when we asked to talk to the attorney the representative refused and said he already talked to her. There was nothing they could do for us. I am appalled and disgusted that such aggressive actions are taken against people who are struggling to make ends meet. This has sent us into a nose-dive and I won't know for a couple of days exactly how bad the damage is. We are literally paycheck to paycheck at the moment trying to better our situation. So I have no clue how we will even get out of this. I cannot say enough now furious and disgusted I am right now with an office that does business in such a despicable manner. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an aggressive debt collection. You should be ashamed of how you allow your firm to conduct operations. May you never struggle and ask for a bit of kindness and understanding from others. You don't deserve it. May you reep what you sow.
