Attorney Erica Cicchelli is awesome at what she does and got the best outcome for my case. She worked very hard for me. I was very pleased with everything Erica has done for me. So with that being said, if u need a lawyer that will fight for u and work hard for u and do it at a reasonable rate then Attorney Cicchelli is who u want to call.

Erica was a dream to work with. She really did her due diligence to get my granddaughter back home with her father my son. She’s very knowledgeable with family law & will get the job done.

Very unprofessional office. Person who answers the phone is argumentative. This office was appointed by Macomb county court. I was not made aware by anyone, including my own attorney, that this was going to happen. Since she was court appointed, I was surprised my mother’s estate received a bill. When I questioned it, it was not explained to me, rather talked at me. I asked for a payment plan and Erica used her position as a “court appointed attorney “ to bully, saying that if payment wasn’t received in full by the end of the week, she would involve the court. Did not even consider a payment plan.
