Why take my case if you don't have the time to even look at it? I was injured and immediately retained Morse law firm. They made me sign an exclusivity contract so I couldn't work with other offices at the time. I was instructed to WAIT OVER TWO YEARS for them to be ready to file my lawsuit, but as things turned out, they have not prepared a single page for me. Nothing. Not even a cover letter or notes. To this day, Mike Morse law firm has not written anything on a sheet of paper with my name on it, yet I have provided over a hundred documents and photos for their consideration, on their request. They had two case managers as well as a team of "executive attorneys" on my case. I don't believe any of that is true. I now have an injury to deal with on a daily basis, and now also have less than 10 months to find a new attorney and start the entire lawsuit process over from square one. Mike Morse Law: Do others a favor and be forthright with them. You have caused me a lot of confusion and emotional distress because of this.
