I Spoke with Attorney Mark this evening who was very patient and kind while I am dealing with an experience that I have never dealt with before. I have never in my life been in a car accident before. This occurrence was and still is TRAMATIC FOR ME. Mark understood my circumstance, as I explained what happened. I must be honest, I was all over the place with explaining what happened. I wanted to take the time to thank Cole and Todd for all their hard work on getting my disability case approved. I applied in September 2021, and my case was stagnant until I decided in July 2022 to find a lawyer to see if they could be of assistance. By the end of August 2022, I had a physical scheduled and was unfortunately denied at the end of September 2022. Cole and Todd submitted the appeal for me, and on December 29th 2022, I got my approval letter in the mail. From not having anything of substance done on my case for almost 10 months, Cole and Todd managed to move my case along to approval including the appeal in less than 6 months. I really cannot thank these 2 gentleman enough. I don’t know where I’d be without all of their assistance, especially after being told by a different lawyer I would never get approved. Cole and Todd always had time for me when I had questions and concerns, and always had the right answers and would return phone calls within 24 hours.
