Great place

Jhorelle was a great help I was in extreme pain and in the hospital he was patient and understanding of my pain and walked me thru the process of obtaining a lawyer and checked on my well being

Terrible service. I had to call them before my court date. No real prep from my socalled lawyer. My lawyer told me to be at the scheduled hearing a hour before so we could prepare,I showed up 1.5 hrs ahead of time and my lawyer was late, then arrived 20min before the hearing. My lawyer was wet behind the ears to say it nicely! Of course with 1 rushed phone call and 20 min of speaking he lost my case so I'm back at square one. My lawyer was more worried about me signing the paperwork so he could get paid if we won. In the hearing my lawyer concentrated on the wrong injury...DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!

They only want the big end lawsuits. They don't even wanna hear a case from a regular hard working guy. A million or more morse I s what I call them! ☹️

Never even worked with them, but the lady answering the 855 line on 11/22 was rude. I’m sorry I misunderstood “new case or existing case” but your telephone etiquette was horrible👌

This place is a joke, they don't want to give you crucial information to fight against them in court. I've made multiple attempts to contact their lawyer for more information regarding a court date as it was never stated in the paper's, and the court telephone number was left out as well. Upon contacting this firm to attain the information I would need to fight back, they keep telling me that the lawyer is either in a meeting or on the phone. Upon telling them that I know what game they are playing, the lady adamantly stated they don't play games, and if I wanted information I was to have my attorneys get in contact with them. She's right, they don't play games, because games are ment to be played by two players, but this is a sad excuse of a player taking advantage of an open controller to add in a player that's not there for an easy win.

Please don’t waste your time with this Law firm if your case is taken and you’re given Helen A Casey as your attorney RUN!! She is the MOST ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED Attorney I have ever did business with unfortunately if you ever reach out to her you will get her voicemail she also will have several of her assistants reach out to you for an update and they do not introduce themselves they just began asking questions also they are very rude and treat you as if they have something better to do and you are wasting their time this will happen on a monthly basis. after Helen had myself and my son’s case for over a year she drops us stating I had not provided an update in thirty days, had she bothered to check her voicemail she would have gotten an update I’m sure her assistant’s who treat you as if you’re not valued as a customer played a huge roll in the decision as well, unfortunately due to Helen having my case the length of time she did I am now unable to hire another Attorney and myself and my son have injuries that will affect us the remainder of our lives SO THANK YOU HELEN AND ASSOCIATES YOU SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD OF YOURSELF I mean in the end it doesn’t matter right because my son and I are just two minorities in her eyes so no one would care.
