In the midst of a very long estate settlement among siblings, Robert was a honest, respectable and highly knowledgeable guide. He was actually hired in the middle of my probate after the first attorney failed to present my case accurately. Robert accepted my complex case and from day one his compassionate straight to the point attitude was exactly what we needed. His knowledge of estate law and execution is hands down superb. I've heard alot of negative things about lawyers but this lawyer is the polar opposite of everything I've ever heard. He handled a messy probate issue and even though the judge didn't find in our favor it was thru no fault of Mr. Essick's.
