I love the firm very professional. I was in a car accident had to have surgery; but Sam and his team really took care of me. I could call anytime I had a question and they would do there best to get me a answer. I felt they looked out for my best interest and my needs. I would recommend Sam Elia and his team. If your in a accident call Elia and Ponto hand down they work for you.

Attorney Andrew was great. He worked with my mom on her case. He was diligent, patient, and overall very knowledgeable. He's been a great source for lawful/ legal information. He's done a great job helping my mom beit past and present.

During a bad time in our lives, Sam was the glimmer of hope. We retained Sam to represent us after being hit by a semi truck. The process was emotional and stressful. Sam and his associates made it better. Our phone calls were always returned promptly, and we were always treated with respect. Even if our questions were not of an urgent matter, they were answered quickly. Due to a dental injury I sustained in the accident, Sam helped me to find the best dentist I could ever as ask for. My lawyer was Sam Elia. Him and his staff were very professional. Even though I never got a chance to meet him face to face. He wasn't during silly commercials running thru Detroit. The doctors he chose (Kripchik and Leszkowitz) I advise to carry a tape recorder. They are not professional and will set you up for failure. But I say a big thanks and rock on to him and his staff.

Hate giving even one star. They promise the world and deliver about 1/8 of what they should get on a case just to get it closed to move onto the next case. NO fight in these dogs. They have forgotten about cases for years that were policy limit cases. If you want 1/8 of your personal injury case then call these people. This was a nice review and honest as I could be. If you want VICTORY call Peter Angelas.
