I was in a motorcycle accident where I hit a pothole and I crashed my bike and broke my foot and thought I was out of luck and I had friends tell me to reach out to a lawyer and I got hooked up with the best one possible that did everything in their power to make sure that I won the most money, and they made sure that they fight to take care of me, and all my medical bills that came along with something that I couldn’t control they really helped me out and change my life so I would definitely recommend them

I hired jason after my husbands motorcycle accident. My fiancé was badly injured in a motorcycle accident. He initially went with a different lawyer at the start but I was very unhappy from the start as he didn’t want any questions asked. After the first couple of minutes talking to Jason, I knew this was the lawyer he needed. He answered any and all questions I had and explained the need for someone who specializes in motorcycle cases. Susan was the lawyer who mostly handled his case and she was absolutely amazing!! A car pulled out in front of me while in the U.P. She just missed my husband (thank God!), but me and my bike was not so lucky. Thankfully, I wasn't hurt as bad as many, but still needed surgeries and physical therapy. My husband called "Another motorcycle firm" who just jerked me around and basically did nothing. By the time I decided to call Jason Waechtner's office, it was the morning I was supposed to start therapy. I first spoke to Alexis and she listened to my story and got Jason on the phone right away. They got me a claim number from the other drivers insurance company for my therapy with in 20 minutes when the other company couldn't do that in over 3 weeks! In fact, they did more for me in 2 days than I could imagine and what a relief that was! They walked me thru so much and did everything needed! Any time my husband would ask me a question, I said, "Alexis is on it!". I got my settlement just before Christmas, so all got a little spoiled this year. We are still going forward with the medical insurance part of it as Alexis explained this is a separate part. I would highly recommend this office! Very impressive!

Jason and his staff were recommended to us after our daughter was injured in an awful car accident. We were overwhelmed with medical bills; insurance claims while caring for our daughter in her senior year of high school. Jason came to our home and walked us through the process of how to recover her lost wages from not being able to work two months, the cost of her totaled car, and the personal injury claim. Waechter and Cris took over all the claims and bird dogged the insurance companies until all claims were paid. After a year of hard work by Jason's office, our daughter received an injury settlement that is enough to cover a large portion of her college tuition. This will help her graduate debt free. Her injury is something that she has to live with forever but without Jason's help she would not be able to recover the damage done financially.

I am an attorney myself. I went to a Jason because I know that motorcycles are treated differently than automobiles so I wanted someone with experience. Jason definitely has that. Jason and his staff were amazing! The final got the insurance companies to pay for my medical expenses (for some unknown reason the decided to deny my claim) even though I was hospitalized with serious injuries. If you ride a motorcycle you definitely need to have Jason’s number on your phone.
