Attorney Barry Fayne is one of the greatest people that I know, and I am more than happy that he agreed to take my case. At the time that he decided to get involved, I had been through four attorneys who seemed reluctant to deal with the tumultuous issues on my case. Attorney Fayne’s involvement changed everything! In my opinion, Attorney Fayne’s calling was to be a family law attorney. He gives the best advice based on his profound knowledge of the law. He is also considerate and respectful of your feelings and will listen with an open-mind to your input relative to the direction of the case. He is truly committed and dedicated to his profession. He has received and responded to my calls and/or emails of an urgent nature outside of ‘normal’ working hours and has been very personable. His presence in the courtroom on my case has been impactful. I could say so much more about my attorney. Whenever anyone mentions the need for a family law attorney, Attorney Barry Fayne is the first person I recommend. In my opinion, he is the absolute best!!!

We hired Barry on the recommendation of our attorney, who had a conflict and could not represent us for a specific hearing. Barry took us on as clients and immediately understood a very complex case and the seriousness of the issues of the hearing. He treated us like we were longstanding clients (even though we had just met) and listened to and responded to every one of our communication in a way that showed he is “all-in” for his clients when he takes a case. After observing him in action, I can confirm that he is highly skilled in arguing in front of a judge, has vast experience across multiple counties and knows multiple judges and courtrooms, and knows family law inside and out. While I’m happy with my current attorney (who also hired Barry, and hence recommended him when the conflict arose), I’d not hesitate to hire Barry again and recommend him to everyone I know.
