The Thurswell law firm was such a blessing for our family. It took almost 7 years to settle our case and during that time Mr. Thurswell and Adriana Culaj became a part of our family. During the stressful times they were there for us. Always there to support us every step of the way during our lawsuit. Ardiana put in so many extra hours to fight for what was fair and what was right for our family despite the fact that she was only making a set amount of money. Now that's dedication to your clients. We were always treated respectfully and knew we could call the firm whenever and they would always be there. Honestly I didn't even want to click one star. The woman was very unprofessional and rude. I never encountered such disrespect until I spoke with her. She asked a question and cut me off with rude remarks before I even said the second word. It doesn't seem as if she is really able to even comprehend. Lack of knowledge and education obviously. I will never recommend this law firm. It's sad when someone accepts responsibility in a field they lack knowledge in with no type of communication or listening skills. You don't be rude to a client/potential client rather you want to do your job or not. If you want to make money the easy way, then maybe you should get a disability check for your mental health. She didn't seem mentally healthy enough to even take a call. Sorry, but the truth is the truth, no other way around it.

Very disappointed they gave up on my case... when things got tough, political reasons were involved i believe .milt started talking about ex governor snyder basically bad mouthing republicans right than and there i knew he gave up on my case was going to go thru with just in spite of what he was saying about republicans. but as i thought about it i figured if my lawyer is not going to give it his best its better to drop the suit..Thanks for three years of notrhing, Find better attorneys that really care about their cliants!!!!

Mark handled my auto lawsuit. Very honest hardworking. The whole staff was amazing. I also used them for my disability. I loved the fact that even before it was started they were honest about what too expect.
