Even with proof/medical records proving my daughter suffered oxygen deprivation while I was in labor due to me being in quarantine and not being watched monitored properly. He is afraid to help/take my case just because my daughter did not need the assistance of the NICU.

I was referred to Thurswell Law because they do a lot of malpractice work. I talked to an operator who took my story and said an attorney would call me. Within 4 hours, attorney Nadia R. from Thurswell was on the phone. We talked for 32 minutes. She not only explained why my experience of a medical error was not enough to win a malpractice suit, but she made suggestions about what my next steps could be if I wanted to make a complaint. She was knowledgeable, a good listener and treated me with respect. I was left with a plan for further action. I had contacted another well known attorney’s office about the same scenario. The 3 people I talked to were in too much of a hurry to take an adequate history (in fact, 2 of them mangled the facts). They were haughty and dismissive and they never called me back. Even though they were not able to help me with a malpractice lawsuit, I feel that Thurswell Law, especially Nadia R., treated me with respect and honesty. I would not hesitate to call them if I need help in the future.
