I have been a client of Robert Dubins for many years. The first thing he handled for me was a bankruptcy, which went flawlessly. Whenever I have legal questions, he's willing to spend some time with me to answer them and ease my mind; for which I never receive a bill. He has been handling three cases for me over the last eight months or so, we've won two of them and I expect the last one to be resolved in my favor soon. Whenever anyone tells me they think they should call a lawyer, I give them Dubin Law's number and tell them to talk to Robert. I don't do anything from a legal standpoint without consulting Robert first. I Actually TRUST Him!! That's saying something; No, that's Saying a Lot because I Don't Trust Lawyers!! You can't go wrong with Dubin Law!!

My lawyer kept his cool during a very messy divorce case. He separated the emotions and concentrated on the facts. His guidance allowed me to keep my sanity during a very difficult time in my life. He actually cared about me, my son and my life.

Bob handled my case a few years ago. After three other attorneys told me i would lose everything i was refered to bob. He not only saved most of my houses but had people do a lot of other work on my case. Hr did a great job keeping in touch with everything during the case

Bobby was a GREAT help in my bankruptcy case. I was recently divorced and had just purchased my own home. Many times I went to speak to him, crying most of the time (lol) I can laugh now, but Bobby always made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. Not once did he make feel degraded for filing (even though that is the way I was feeling) I highly recommend him as your bankruptcy lawyer.

I went to see "Bobby" a mess, he not only helped with my situation, I truly felt like I was being helped by a family member. I called Bobby several times, once he just had me come in to help me get by with all my worries. Mr. Dubin is an excellent attorney who will work with you in a calming, no rush, non judgmental manner. My wife and I have been working with Bobby on our bankruptcy for almost 4 years and have had multiple needs to revisit the court system, he handles the trustee and the stress. You just give him all your information, be honest, and you won't been disappointed. I would never attempt to work in the courts on anything serious without an attorney and I highly recommend you speak with Bobby if you need legal assistance!

Seriously, in every area, Bobby was wonderful. It's a scary thing to go through a bankruptcy and not something anyone ever wishes on themselves, but he made it pain-free. Not only he, but his staff, were in constant communication with me. My calls were answered and tended to in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend his firm to ANYONE and know that person would end up being extremely grateful for the recommendation.

We saw Robert about a possible bankruptcy. He always had mistakes in the information we gave him. We were never comfortable with the outcome he said we would have, "it was way to Rosie". He told us we were ready to file and to stop paying our credit cards. That was the last we heard from him! He never returned our calls or emails. We since saw another attorney who said we would not benefit with a Chapter 13. He then sent us to a REAL Credit councilor and we came up with a plan only to find out that we were in much more trouble because we stopped paying on our credit cards. which we had kept current. now they were all in collection and closed. We are worse of for using this attorneys' advice.
