My husband Basel hired this attorney for a case involving selling cigarettes to a minor at his workplace. He is an immigrant and there was a possibility of an I.C.E. case being opened as well if the misdemeanor went on his record. This lawyer got the case dropped down to a civil infraction so there was no longer a possibility of I.C.E. getting involved. My husband only had to pay a $200 fine.
